Careful planning is undertaken through the pre-construction phase with liaison between PSC South West, the Principal Designer and the Client. This allows PSC South West to risk assess, plan the contract delivery and create a thorough Construction Phase Plan (CPP).

PSC South West plan, manage, monitor and coordinate the entire construction phase through suitable site and project management. Our management team is very experienced in safely and effectively delivering contracts on time and to a very high standard.

We have a very strong specialist subcontractor supply chain that have been assessed via our subcontractor approval system. Our review risk assessments and method statements prior to works being undertaken to ensure effective control measures and safe systems of work are adopted at all times. Smooth site operation and coordination is maintained through appropriate communication and quality management across all PSC South West sites.
